fight w/ ubuntu

(i haven't get the update/ upgrade done w/ the newly installed ubuntu 6.06 yet, so the Chinese input method is not available while i'm writing this post.)

i started the installation at around 8pm yesterday and today i was working at how to get the adsl work in the new system.

being an idiot of linux, it took me sometime to understand the "terminal" thing (and i'm still working on it). although it's not so easy as expected, it's fun.

ubuntu is faster, more stable (?) and... goodlooking!

ok, i still need to figure out how to get the display/ sound things work. hopefully i'll be back w/ Chinese input and something more.
